Direct Bonding

Gastite's direct-bonding requirements (for yellow CSST) do not apply to FlashShield. FlashShield is to be bonded in accordance with the National Electric Code NFPA70 Article 250.104, with the same minimum requirements as for rigid metal piping. Any local bonding requirements beyond these instructions must also be adhered to.
